John Bradshaw
As a counselor, author, theologian, corporate consultant and public speaker, John Bradshaw is one of the leading figures in the fields of addiction/recovery and family systems. John is a three-time New York Times best selling author and an Emmy nominated talk show host. He has hosted and produced numerous presentations for PBS. He was selected by the editors of Common Boundary as one of the top 100 most influential writers on emotional health in the 20th century. In private practice, he has counseled over 800 couples.
John also served on the Board of Directors of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program, was the National Director of Life-Plus Co-Dependency Treatment Center, and founder and National Director of the John Bradshaw Center at Ingleside Hospital in Los Angeles. He holds degrees in psychology, philosophy, and theology from the University of Toronto and graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Michael's College.
